exim have sieve, so maybe just use exim as a proxy content filter for postfix ? :)

imho just silly, but its possible very easily

sendmail milter is old and more or less maybe not wanted to keep supported, for the lack of new requirements, in that sieve could be added to postfix as its done in exim ?
