I can send and receive via Yahoo mail. I can not receive when I use an
email account on my VPS which has worked for years.
Both email accounts are using the Thunderbird client.
Nothing in the logs when I send from my VPS email address.

network and see what is in /var/log/mail.log
I just checked and can confirm that your host accepts email for
@keiththewebguy.com [1].
So you should see something in your mail.log
