I fully agree, and have even complained to Amazon AWS about them to no
avail.
Amazon policies allow for abuse, and seems like Amazon is turning a
blind eye to get that hosting dollar.
I have contacted Amazon abuse to report spammers. Amazon simply
forwarded my complaint to the spammer who said they weren't spammer,
Amazon replied cased closed.
I contacted the company the spammer claimed they worked for, the company
confirmed they didn't know that person and the domain being used wasn't
one of theirs. I recontacted Amazon again, their reply was maybe the
person i contacted didn't know ALL of the employees and domains, case
closed again.
I took the hint and stopped wasting time reporting abuse to Amazon.
