That'd master.cf, and a custom service name. Right now you typicall
have:
smtp unix ... smtp
relay unix ... smtp
-o ...
you would add:
smtp-nondns unix ... smtp
-o smtp_host_lookup=native
-o disable_dns_lookups=yes
Then of course in transport(5):
example.com smtp-nondns:[somehost]
