Those parameter names do not, and have never existed in postfix.
The warning from postconf is that there are defined parameters that
are unused, which is commonly caused by a misspelling. If you
recently upgraded, earlier versions of postfix did not give these
warnings.
Perhaps some earlier version of your main.cf used this as a macro,
referenced these as a
check_policy_service $smtpd_policy_maps
