No it doesn't. http://www.postfix.org/postconf.5.html#local_header_rewrite_clients says: Rewrite message header addresses in mail from these clients and update incomplete addresses with the domain name in $myorigin or $mydomain. "Rewrite message header addresses" includes canonical mappings and address masqueading.
