Indeed. With VERP, every Postfix delivery agent generates a
per-recipient envelope sender address.

The delivery agent does not log the sender address.
The Postfix queue manager logs the sender address, but it is not
practical to log every VERPed address, because there could be
thousands of them.
The queue manager could be updated to log that VERP was turned on.
