Hey,

i have an question about postfix reject message:

Plan it to integrate an mail quota via dovecot. If the target mailbox is
full, so my mailsystem answer with:

Your message to <localu...@my.server.com> was automatically discarded:

The original mail goes to mym...@mydomain.com postfix adress rewriting mail
by incomming to the format loalu...@myserver.com.

Problem is now, that i dont want to comminicate my local users when i reject
an mail because the target mailbox is full.

Do you know an way to manipulate the mail-address in this reject message?

Here an part from my maillog:

dovecot lda msgid=<019301d6faee$8897ab90$99c702b0$@padaru.de>: save failed
to INBOX: mailbox is full t...@mail.address.de

dovecot lda msgid=<019301d6faee$8897ab90$99c702b0$@padaru.de>: rejected:
mailbox is full t...@mail.address.de

sendmail Versenden: user=<localUser> from=<my.server.com>
to=rud...@padaru.de

Other error messages, like if an user dont exists, work nicely and show the
original target mail-adress in error message.

Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Yours sincerely

Pascal Rudolf
