This was not a transient error, an authoritative "no such host or address" response was received as is seen from the hard "5.4.4" DSN. https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3463#section-3.5 With transient DNS errors, the DSN would have been 4.4.4. You should also note the "status=bounced".
