This is not correct. There is no delivery transport assigned to
deferred messages. Only "content-filter" is sticky that way. For
messages without a "content-filter" the transport/nexthop pair is
recomputed each time a message enters the active queue.

This is not necessary, except when you need to strip an unwanted
content-filter.
