In the table on http://www.postfix.org/SMTPD_ACCESS_README.html it list the 
following smtp_mumple_restrictions which one can use.
smtpd_client_restrictions
smtpd_helo_restrictions
smtpd_sender_restrictions
smtpd_recipient_restrictions
smtpd_relay_restrictions
smtpd_data_restrictions
smtpd_end_of_data_restrictions
smtpd_etrn_restrictions

Is it reasonable to assume that they are listed in the order in which they're 
called in postfix?  I.e., smtp_client_restrictions happens first, the 
smtpd_helo_restrictions, etc?
