They almost never reject, unless you send a really huge amount of messages to them. They simply put your messages into recipient's Spam folder, so he/she won't actually see it. It technically has been delivered, however the recipient doesn't know it's there (as we shall remember that average users almost never look into their Spam folders, unless explicitly told to - and in that case they do it only once, when you tell them to). You, as the sender, also don't know that it has been placed into Spam folder.
