1) Postfix stable releases do not change except for bugfixes and
emergencies. That includes workarounds for external changes that
break Postfix, such as gcc10 and glibc2.31.
2) New functionality is developed in Postfix 3.6 and will not be
backported to stable releases. That includes support for any new
glibc2.31 features.
