This sounds like what you want. I have no first hand experience with the code but I am going to put this on my "lock down" task list. 

I like the idea of the code mailing a HTML report. This way I don't have to expose the report on my webserver. I would have to set up Auth and it would be just one more attractive nuisance for the hackers. 

The only drawback is I have to enable my desktop PC to read html mail.

I wanted to have a open source dmarc dashboard, where it can read the rua emails and parse it on the dashboard.
 Is this doable using open source.

dmarc policy reject works well if all maillists stop breaking dkim, all
that is possible is to use dmarc policy quarantine

so atleast recipients dont reject maillist trafic

all else go for it :=)
