Hi, Like Cédric I would recommend Munin if your need is very basic. It's RRD inside and pretty straightforward to setup.
I do use a Munin master/Munin Node setup for basic stuff including graphing postfix queues/thoughput, but it's just static and I think email flow monitoring requires something more agile/interactive.
