Mail is received with /usr/sbin/sendmail -bs, maildrop queue file
is 6F82C9E492. It is therefore not subject to smtpd_xxx_restrictions.

The pickup daemon processes the file received with /usr/sbin/sendmail,
and the incoming queue file is 7464AA03C0. It would be nice if it
had logged the maildrop queue ID, but it does not.

As the message was not received via SMTP, it is not subject to
smtpd_xxx_restrictions.
