So this is what Google search says: Specifically, anyone sending email to a user whose Inbox is out of storage receives a bounce 452-4.2.2 message stating "The email account that you tried to reach is over quota." In terms of message delivery, this is a temporary failure, and the sending server tries to resend later when more storage is available.
