Hi. SNI support for smtp server and client is said to be there, from what i read in release notes from 3.4.0. ( http://www.postfix.org/announcements/postfix-3.4.0.html <http://www.postfix.org/announcements/postfix-3.4.0.html> ) However, docs still say that it is not done not planned ( http://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html ) : "There are no plans to implement SNI in the Postfix SMTP server."
I feel that it is just documentation that is lagging behind, but as i cannot find any information about it or people rejoicing about this long requested feature, i wonder if i read it correctly in release notes. Any hint? Thanks a lot.
