No, this is not possible. Postscreen does does not and cannot see
the message envelope of messages handed off to smtpd(8). The
converse of which is that by the time postscreen(8) does happen to
see the envelope (deep protocol tests), it is too late to accept
the message, the transaction can only be refused outright or
tempfailed.
