MTA SMTP clients often don't send SNI. Postfix before 3.4 only
sends SNI when using DANE. With Postfix 3.4 that's still the case
by default, but it is now possible to enable client-side SNI more
broadly when needed.
Distinct inbound MTA personalities still require separate IP
addresses.
