If you're running any of the after-220 tests in postscreen then you are now delaying mail twice by also greylisting. If you're not running after-220 tests then you're limiting postscreen's effectiveness.

I don't use post-220 tests. postscreen works great with black/white lists
and in rejecting pregreeting input.
Using after-220 tests, just like greylisting, can lead to unnecessary
delaying of mail.  I have dropped greylisting after (sometimes even before)
deploying of postscreen because of receiving problems.
