To get unicode enabled automatically, add:
/usr/local/opt/icu4c/bin
to your PATH, and then the Postfix "makedefs" script will find the
appropriate icu4c headers and libraries. You can then remove the
explicit settings for ICU from CCARGS and AUXLIBS.
While "icu-config" is "deprecated", for the moment it still works.
