Thanks for the info, I'll tune forthcoming AuthRes parser for SpamAssassin with this in mind. Also found out that amavisd-milter naively inserts it's synthetic Received header always on top of the file, so that borks order anyway for milters before. I guess there aren't that many important headers that other milters might insert. Maybe Received-SPF.
