In the manpages we have only found the possibility to disable DSN
entirely with smtpd_discard_ehlo_keywords = silent-discard, dsn
this has been discussed last ~1 month, you may search archives.
The only way now is to disable DSN at your network border.
other way seems to block senders or recipient domains, some seem to point to
the same MX/A records.
