The feature I am asking for is implemented in PowerMTA with the name "MX rollup": http://www.circleid.com/posts/20160516_port25_announces_release_of_powermta_v45r5/ I guess that the matter is to create a daemon receiving MX information from smtp clients and making them available to the scheduler.
