Neither do I as you have provided no information about your Postfix configuration or anything else. As it says in the Postfix list welcome email you received: TO REPORT A PROBLEM see http://www.postfix.org/DEBUG_README.html#mail But if you’ve verified Mailman is not adding it as a list prefix tag, then you need to tell us what else is handling the email before it makes it to your mailbox.
