In one forum that I join, E Exchange, I was told that usually these providers (esp antivirus vendors) will not release their blacklists because doing so will compromise their security: the spammers etc knows they are blacklisted and will start shift to use other IP or even attempt to get off the blacklists. I was contemplating entering IP address one by one (one provider ie threatstop.com allows entering a batch of IP in one go) but it surely is a horrendous amount of work. In the past, I've used a couple of leading AV vendors blacklist site but they proved to be deficient compared to mxtoolbox or threatstop which have much bigger number of IP in their blacklists. Rather surprised that commercial vendors lists lose out to those two offered to the public Roger
