Both the frontend (MX host) and the backend (Mailman host) need to have complete address lists for the domain (or domains) involved. Then transport_maps on each host should route the mail for the other host's addresses to that host. It's easy enough to replicate the Mailman aliases to the MX host, but replicating the MX host's address list to the internal Mailman host might be more of a problem.
