The problem is that your Postfix is configured to try IPv6 before IPv4.
Don't do that. Instead, set
smtp_address_preference = any
which is the default since Postfix 2.9.
If you don't have IPv6 connectivity, don't enable it in main.cf:
inet_protocols = ipv4
