I don't recommend using reject_unknown_helo_hostname, because there are
many false positives.

I'd use none of these. reject_unknown_helo_hostname and
reject_non_fqdn_helo_hostname have many false positives. It's for
fanatics who receive very little email. reject_invalid_helo_hostname
doesn't stop much because spambots have evolved.
