I didn't see "etc" directory under /var/spool/postfix. Is that available by
default? Or should I create it manually? By the way, my certificate
directory is /etc/pki/tls/certs/server.pem.

I use PEM format for certificate after reading the documentation
(http://www.postfix.org/TLS_README.html#server_cert_key). Should it be
copied to that directory too?
