I’m using pflogsumm to analyze my log daily. I’m consistently seeing one in
particular.
I can see the error in the log when manually checking but don’t know how to
interpret or fix it. Advice?

I understand the other warnings, just not this one.
That IP is the router. The reverse on it is correct but the forward is not
there. That can be fixed but I don’t understand why it comes up at all. There’s
no mail or anything relayed through it other than it being the gateway.
