No, you do not.  But you probably do have log rotation taking place; 
look further back.  There always is a first instance of a queue ID, 
and it's always the reception of the mail into Postfix.  It may be 
associated with smtpd(8) or with pickup(8).

As has been pointed out upthread, we can't help you until you show 
these logs, everything up to the first failed delivery attempt for 
the spam message.

See also the postcat(1) manual, to view the contents of a mail in 
your queue.  The postcat output will show the date and time it was 
queued.  You can use that timestamp to pinpoint the time it was 
logged.
