Hi,
I have a fedora system with postfix-3.0.4 that accepts mail for a few
thousand mailboxes on a single domain. Many users have chosen to
forward their mail off the system on to their GMail/Yahoo account
instead of reading it locally, then use submission or GMail tricks to
send as a user from their own domain.

We'd like to implement SPF, but are concerned about rejects due to
forwarding. We're currently doing the forwarding using
procmail/.forward files.

I've read the basic documentation on SRS. Can someone share with me
what problems I may encounter as a result of implementing SRS?

Could it break DKIM?

Could an email from a spammer forwarded through our system potentially
get our system blacklisted? In other words, would they see my domain
or the original domain?

It appears the full original address is not always maintained. How do
we trace it back to the origin if ever it was necessary?

Is there anything I need to know about its potential effect on mailing lists?

How about bounces/DSNs?

Thanks so much.
Alex
