Not sure what operating system you are using but assuming it is Linux, I
just use firewalld to block all connections from the IP address.
Just don't do that permanently (or postfix reject permanently) as IP
addresses change and then you get situations where a legitimate server
with the IP address is blocked.
By the time it has been blocked a week, it probably is already on the
popular dynamic blacklists.
