No, they are not. The /16's are all PARTLY Digital Ocean, but each of
them is split between many entirely different entities in /18-/22 pieces
by RIPE and ARIN. None are in the traditional Class B range, so there's
not even an obsolete reason to see them as /16 networks. The last is a
single /24 out of a /18 allocated to DO, so thee's no rational pattern
in that list...
Not that I'm a fan of the 'flow' of email I see from them, but right
now -- servers with NS @ synapp.io seems a good enough solution.
