That's 18000s, or 5 hours (setting: daemon_timeout in main.cf).
If you still have not fixed the watchdog problem, you should not
be asking performance-related questions. Find out what is wrong
with your system, whether is is a crippled VPS or some other
environment with restrictive resource policies.
