The init script starts multiple instances, because Postfix does
that under the covers. However, there's more to supporting multiple
instances than just starting and stopping correctly. In particular
upgrades need to work properly too. There's still more work to do
on the Debian Postfix package. For example, the postfix-files file
did not match what's actually installed last time I looked, which
breaks "postfix set-permissions".
