Hi postfix users,

I just noticed, that my postfix-2.10.1-6.el7.x86_64 under CentOS
Linux release 7.1.1503 adds timezone name to the Date header.

According to https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc2822.txt (3.3. Date
and Time Specification), timezone name is not required and some MTA
(mdaemon) are rejecting such emails (with
"554 Sorry, message looks like SPAM to me"
message to sender and
        "not RFC 2822 <INVALID_DATE Invalid Date: header>"
message to MTA administrator).

RFC2822 date: "Date: Tue, 19 Jan 2016 16:51:02 +0300"
non-RFC2822: "Date: Tue, 19 Jan 2016 16:51:02 +0300 (MSK)"

I wonder if this problem is still present in a current version of Postfix.
