Are these utilities not considered generally worthy of inclusion in a

These debugging tools are not required parts of the core Postfix
package. They are optional. It is not a question of "worthy",
rather essential, vs. not essential.
Thanks. We received a request to include posttls-finger, so was curious
why it wasn't present by default.
