We don't know that the mail ever really arrived.  Cleanup logs the
message-id before the rest of the message arrives.  Perhaps the
message was never completely received.

In any case Postfix does not silently discard mail.  All the key
message lifecycle transitions are logged.  Your logs don't show
messages being deleted, therefore the messages were not deleted by
Postfix or some of the logging was lost.

Please do that, including the previously reported log entries in
the proper order, with each log line reported just once.

If your syslog splits the mail log into multiple log files by
priority, report any logging from the other files for warnings,
errors, ...  Then reconfigure your syslog to not do that.
