No, because there's no such thing as an "envelope header". Messages have envelopes, and they have headers, but these are distinct. What's written on the outside of the envelope may differ from what's written in the letterhead on the inside. The postal service routes mail based only on the information on the outside envelope. It does not read the enclosed letter to determine where to send it, or where to return it to if undeliverable. -- Viktor.
