The "mydomain" parameter is used to construct fully qualified
hostnames from "short" hostnames.  The domain used to qualify
unqualified user names is "myorigin".

Also show shell commands with command output for all relevant system
settings, and complete logging, unedited except perhaps just to
hide the localparts (not domains) of email addresses, of at least
one message that is not rewritten correctly.
