rewrite From: header with name

Hello!

How can I, please, rewrite the "From:" header of the local user when 
sending e-mail remotely? Not only the e-mail address but also the name. 
E.g.

        From: Technical user <n...@host.company.corp.local>
to
        From: Department <Department.country@group_company.com>

I use postfix-2.6.6 on CentOS.
