i wont do it, reson its defaults is that if you set it more high then other mtas you will have to accept and bounce localy if size is highter then what remote mta allow, this will be backscattering users on your own
if your users really need to send big files, setup there mua to splite on 8M and it should work every where as multipart / multimail to single recipient, works best if both sending and recieving part uses the same mua client
else use dropbox/onedrive/gdrive what ever else there is totaly free of charge
