Ah, of course, I forgot about DNS caching. That certainly changes
things, but it still makes it clunky to have the weighting and blocklist
configuration in two places. For now, I'll stick with what I've got, but
I might have a poke around those functions (although I imagine passing
data between the processes will get messy fast).
