  From the EHLO command for our main MTA:
250-AUTH LOGIN PLAIN CRAM-MD5 DIGEST-MD5 GSSAPI
  SASL has plugins installed for PLAIN, CRAM-MD5, DIGEST-MD5, and
GSSAPI; none are the 32-bit versions, though, and should not be needed.
  It is probably a configuration error.
