There is not much non-official documentation I will recommend. Tutorials and howtos tend to be outdated, littered with mis-conceptions or just plain wrong. I recommend you use the official docs and if you have any questions or need clarification feel free to ask on the mailing list or in #postfix on freenode IRC. Peter
