Mailman virtual and Postfix virtual domains are not the same. Mailman 2 always
expects input via a pipe to a python script. Postfix, for security reasons,
only delivers to a pipe for recipients in $mydestination.

You need to create another map that routes your (Postfix) virtual domain
recipient to Postfix local domain (mydestination). Put Mailman's alias file in
that (local) context and delivery will work.

P.S.
This limitation will be gone in Mailman 3. We will be able to deliver messages
to Mailman via LMTP to Mailman's own LMTP server.
