BTW that result was with Postfix snapshot 20150216 with minor
changes, built directly from the postfix.org tarball, not from
ports.
Next step is either for Lukas reproduce my result, or for us to
reproduce his build from ports. Lukas, which port did you use, and
what options did you select?
The postfix-current port is based on 2.12-20140709.
The postfix port is based on 2.11.1.
